Designer, Innovator, Empath

Art is such an important part of my life and I like to call it my “third arm.” Art has always taught me lessons on how to communicate and navigate this world. I began my journey throughout grade school art classes, painting and drawing. Art was truly the first subject I felt “smart” doing; I could express myself and well, it wasn’t math. In high school, I pursued a music path singing in chorus. However, once I reached college, I wasn’t sure what I wanted to pursue. I attended Kent State University for one year exploring my options in my interests; art, advertising, design, etc. I joined a club, HerCampus KSU as a social media creator, and that’s when everything clicked. Making graphics helped me understand that I can use my art to communicate and help others realize their visions too.

I transferred to Point Park University my sophomore year of college and chose to major in Graphic and Interactive Design BFA. I’ve had an incredible education from real-world professionals, learning the ins and outs of digital and print media and intentional design choices. I’ve had a lot of support too from my friends and family.

I am ready to share what I’ve learned with you! No project is complete until your dream is realized!

Special thanks to the artists in my life: My late Grandpa Ron (Painter), My Aunt Chrissy (Art Teacher), My late Granny Betty (Poet), My Dad (Writer and Illustrator), and My Mom (My biggest cheerleader).
